Basic Concept
Netinstall adalah program yang berjalan pada komputer yang digunakan untuk menginstall ulang MikroTik routerOS ke komputer atau ke routerboard. Netinstall juga bisa digunakan untuk mereset konfigurasi yang sudah ada pada routerboard yang sebelumnya gagal atau lupa password.
Netinstall is a program that runs on a computer that is used to re-install RouterOS to a computer or to routerboard. Netinstall can also be used to reset the configuration that already exists on routerboard who previously failed or forgotten passwords.

Langkah-langkah
Steps
1. Buka terlebih dahulu Winbox untuk melihat versi yang sedang dipergunakan
1. Open the Winbox first to see the version being used

2. Setelah itu, buka netinstall tapi Run as administrator
2. After that, open netinstall but Run as administrator

3. Jika sudah terbuka, klik Net booting
3. If already open, klick Net booting

4. Lalu ceklis di Boot Server enable dan masukan IP address dari mikrotik routerboard pada kolom Client IP address
4. Then tick on Boot Server enable and enter Ip address from mikrotik routerboard in the column Client IP address

5. Kemudian buka kembali winbox, lalu klik>System>Routerboard
5. Afterthat open the winbox again, then click>System>Routerboard

- Pilih Settings
- chose Settings

- Lalu pilih pada bagian Boot Device>try-ethernet-once-then-nand......>apply>ok
- Then chose in the Boot Device>try-ethernet-once-then-nand.....>apply>ok

6. Reboot winbox, klik System>Reboot

7. Setelah melakukan reboot winbox, buka kembali netinstall. Dibagian RouterDevice akan muncul mikrotik routerboard yang digunakan.
7. After do reboot the winbox, open again netinstall. In the part of RouterDevice will appear mikrotik routerboard used.

- Sebelumnya cari terlebih dahulu file .npk yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Untuk cara mencarinya adalah klik Browse> ceklis filenya>Install
- Previous seek first .npk file that had been prepared beforehand. For how to find it is to click Browse> tick the file> Install

8. Langkah terakhir adalah melihat kembali versi pada winbox untuk sebagai pembuktian.
